ISACA Opens Grandfathering Program for New CRISC Certification

 

Professionals with eight or more years of IT and business experience can now apply for ISACA’s new Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) designation—without taking an exam—under a grandfathering program. The program, which opened today, is designed to recognize professionals who are highly experienced in the following domains:

· Risk identification, assessment and evaluation

· Risk response

· Risk monitoring

· IS control design and implementation

· IS control monitoring and maintenance

2010 User Credentials Update

 We have just finished reconciling our member list with that provided to us by ISACA International. User credentials of members who did not renew have been deleted. If you believe that your userid has been deleted by mistake, please contact the Webmaster via the Contact Us page. If you did not renew, please renew immediately to regain access to free/discounted training sessions, in addition to those provided by ISACA International.

 

Chapter Emails & Newsletters

We have started using ConstantContact as our email and newsletter delivery service provider. This will give us a lot more flexibility in managing our email lists. Please note that if you unsubscribe, you will not receive ANY future emails from ISACA RTC.  In the future, we will be setting up different lists for general announcements, training session announcements etc. - at which point you can unsubscribe from different lists individually. Till then, please bear with us.
